Materials and applicable scenarios cover diverse requirements:
Glass (wide-mouth): Made of high borosilicate material, it is airtight and moisture-proof, does not react with solid balm ingredients, preserves pure fragrance notes, and is suitable for high-end solid balm scenarios;

Ceramic : With a warm and delicate texture and excellent heat insulation, it is suitable for home and high-end solid balm scenarios;

PET plastic: Lightweight, shatter-resistant, airtight and leak-proof, suitable for daily budget and travel-sized solid balm scenarios;

Tinplate: Hard in texture and strong in airtightness, it has good light-shielding and moisture-proof performance, which can effectively protect the stability of solid balm ingredients, and is suitable for retro-style and niche cultural and creative solid balm products;

Zinc alloy: Features a high-end metallic texture, is anti-oxidation and corrosion-resistant, and can be crafted with exquisite embossing or LOGO marks, suitable for light luxury and high-end gift solid balm packaging.

Details of appearance and structure can be customized on demand: We support customization of jar shapes (round/square/special-shaped) and lid types (screw cap/snap-on cap/magnetic cap).

The available processes include frosting, screen printing, hot stamping, embossing (for glass); glaze coloring, hand-painting, carving (for ceramic); injection molding color matching, screen printing (for PET); printing, embossing (for tinplate); polishing, electroplating, etching (for zinc alloy).
